A deliciously rich coloured and flavoured chutney made with the calyx of the wild rosella and fresh boab tuber. This chutney will accompany most meats and cheeses.

Wild rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) grows across the northern part of Australia. The beautiful deep crimson flowers are actually modified leaves that surround the Rosella seed pod. The flavour is tart and similar to raspberry and rhubarb.
